Zhejiang International Business Group is a provincial enterprise, which was established in 2008 based on the merger of former Rongda Group, Zhongda Group and Orient Group. It is mainly engaged in three major industries of trade and business circulation, financial services and life and health, has more than 300 holding enterprises at all levels, and holds four listed companies, namely Zhejiang Orient (SH600120), Int'l Group (SZ000411), Conba (SH600572) and Yilida (SZ002686), with more than 20,000 staff members in service, and nearly 30,000 employed persons.
For the past few years, the Group adheres to the principle of leading development by Party building, releasing driving forces by reform, stimulating vitality by innovation, and promoting integration by culture. As a result, the Group's operation quality and efficiency have been greatly improved, and its main indicators have hit a record high in succession. In 2019, the compound growth rates of revenue, profit, total assets and net assets of the Group were 21.7%, 40.2%, 23.8% and 17.9% respectively. In the same year, its revenue was 63.93 billion yuan, profit 2.93 billion yuan, total assets 99.3 billion yuan, net assets 28.96 billion yuan, ranking 304 in Top 500 Chinese enterprises, and ranking second in comprehensive assessment of provincial enterprises.

In the just passed year 2020, we all worked very hard, especially the frontline colleagues. If we didn't work hard, how could we achieve today's results. We have adhered to high-quality development and significantly improved the quality and efficiency of our operations. From 2016 to 2019, the compound growth rates of revenue, total profit, total assets and net assets reached 21.67%, 40.22%, 23.83% and 17.86% respectively. We deeply integrate into major strategies, plan the layout in advance, and successfully transform into "3+1" industry. The trade and business sector strives to be a vanguard in implementing " strong open province" strategy, the financial sector strives to be a major force in financial services for real economy, the pharmaceutical sector strives to be a leader in the construction of "Healthy Zhejiang", and the intelligent manufacturing and quantum communication strives to be the new forces of strategic emerging industries. We strengthened reform and innovation, integrated 9 trade and business enterprises, completed 109 major asset restructuring and equity transfer of Int'l, introduced strategic investment of China Resources Pharmaceuticals, established TCM Group, held Yilida and Conba, and ZIBG (Zhejiang International Business Group) "Double 100 Action" reform. The momentum of development has become stronger. We have improved corporate governance, continued to improve management, promoted IT application, and strengthened risk prevention and defuse, thus laying a more solid foundation for development. We have adhered to the guidance of Party building and exercised strict discipline over the Party. Our political environment has become increasingly cleaner.

Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and focused on the new objectives and positioning of the "important window," we shouldered the responsibility of state-owned enterprises, maintained strategic focus, and innovated our thinking in an all-round way. We have gathered power for development, enhanced reform, improved efficiency for governance, and have made major achievements in "two tough hands win two battles" , with main business indicators leading the way (estimated revenue over 70 billion yuan, profit over 3.5 billion yuan), we've struggled to deliver "six high-score statements", and successfully concluded the "13th Five Year Plan". These achievements have gathered the wisdom and strength of all the ZIBG people and highlighted the outstanding style of the state-owned enterprises.
Beset with difficulties, we take a heavy burden and embark on a long road. The year 2021 marks the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Party, the beginning of the 14th Five-Year Plan and the start of a new journey of modernization, as well as the first anniversary of the building of "important window".

We will contribute ZIBG's strength in faithfully implementing the "eight eight strategy", striving to build an "important window" and to be the leading province of socialist modernization, so as to ensure that the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Party is celebrated with distinction.
